Padel is a dynamic and accessible sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, making it a perfect introduction to racket sports for children. Its shorter court and slower ball speed make it easier for kids to learn and enjoy, while still providing a full-body workout and improving hand-eye coordination.

Program Overview

Our kids coaching program is tailored to suit different age groups and skill levels, ensuring that each child receives the right level of instruction and support.

• Age Groups: We offer classes for children aged 5 to 15, with programs divided into age-appropriate categories to ensure each child gets the most out of their experience.
• Skill Levels: Whether your child is a beginner just starting out or has some experience with racket sports, our coaches will assess their skill level and place them in the appropriate group.
• Focus Areas: Our program focuses on developing key skills such as:
